Epping Views Primary School is a brand new primary school built by the Department of Education and Early Childhood (DEECD) to service the growth area of North Epping . We opened in January 2008 and I am delighted to be the founding principal of what we believe will be an outstanding educational complex.
The Epping Views Primary School is situated on 3.4 hectares of land bordered by Lyndarum, Mansfield and Dunolly Streets and will mainly service the Lyndarum, Hayston Valley and Aurora Housing Estates in Epping North.
In our first year of operation we focussed on embedding the school values, incorporating an environmental awareness into our school program and setting a positive tone of valuing individuals and the TEAM as we believe ‘Together Everybody Achieves More'.
We held a School Council Election in March 2009 and have 11 members who will work together to achieve the goals and aim s of the school's Strategic Plan and Annual Implementation Plan. We will continue to incorporate all parents, staff and students in our planning for the future education and needs of our whole school community.
