2027 Foundation (Prep) Enrolments Process

The Department of Education (DE) has a statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.

The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including Epping Views Primary School.

To enrol your child/ren at Epping Views Primary School for 2026, your child must turn 5 years old by April 30th in the year they begin school. For more information and the Starting School guide please visit the Starting School page.

Inability to provide evidence of permanent residence: If you are unable to provide proof of permanent address because of your individual circumstances, you are encouraged to seek advice from your local school or a Community Liaison Officer in the Regional Office.

Ready to enrol?

Families need to submit a fully completed Enrolment Application Form and return it to our school office.

For your application to be considered you will also need to provide 100-point residential address check

Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
Passport (if child was born overseas)
